This year the Parent Association will provide pulled chicken and pulled pork as the main entree. We are asking families to sign up electronically to bring the additional food/items needed for the welcome dinner.

2020 E$CAPE: BIG MONEY RAFFLE & TRIVIA BY TORGO ENTERTAINMENT

Join us for St. Mary Our Mother School’s 2020 E$CAPE” BIG MONEY RAFFLE & TRIVIA BY TORGO ENTERTAINMENT” on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Holiday Inn Riverview, Elmira. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.. Tickets to 2020 E$CAPE are $25 each or a pair for $40 and includes admission, dinner and trivia. Dinner will be provided by Anthony’s Restaurant. We encourage you to gather your friends and RESERVE a table of eight! Unable to attend but still want to support the event? Purchase a Big Money Progressive Raffle for $100.00. Only 400 tickets will be sold. Tickets may be purchased in the school office between 8:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. During the month of January, parents will be selling tickets after all weekend Masses. If we reach our goal of 350 raffle ticket sales, the top payout will be $10,000! A total of 4 monetary prizes will be awarded. Ticket purchasers need not be present to win. Under advisement of the New York State Dept. of Health, St. Mary Our Mother School will be closed for students beginning Tuesday, March 17th through Monday, April 13th, for prevention efforts against COVID-19.

School will be open as usual Monday, March 16th in order for students and staff to prepare for this extended dismissal.

We encourage everyone to take precautions during this time by reducing travel, maintaining social distance, and practicing good hygiene. The health and safety of our students and our community are our top priorities.
